You would be forgiven for thinking some of these are totally unusable again, believe it or not we reconditioned all of these DPF’s inside 1 working day.
This was a 2009 Ford Focus 1.6 TDCi item sent in by a private customer, this vehicle had stopped on the road and its DPF was totally blocked. The customer was quoted €2000 to have a new DPF supplied and fitted. He had his garage remove the DPF and send it to us. In a matter of days he was back on the road having spent less than a quarter of his initial quote.
This was a typical Nissan Qashqai 1.5 DCi DPF sent to us by one of our Nissan Main Dealer Customers. The customer saved over 80% by having their DPF reconditioned by The DPF Clinic instead of replacing with a new part.
This Opel Zafira 1.9 Cdti DPF was sent to us from one of our Opel Main Dealer Customers. This vehicle was unable to run due to the level of blockage. We returned this DPF back to 0.00% ash/soot content inside 1 working day and had the customer back in their car with a 75% saving in 3 days.
This Volkswagen Caddy 1.6 Tdi DPF came to us from a leading VW/Audi Independent. It had gone over 45% soot accumulation and as such would not regenerate. This is a very common scenario with Volkswagen Audi Group cars. We reconditioned the DPF with a 70% saving to the customer over a new OE DPF.
